about

This is the amended and updated version of a pandemic era release from LANZ. A few tracks were first posted on July 20, 2020 as a surprise release by LANZ published to Bandcamp in honor of what we thought would be their final Bandcamp Friday event.

It has now been bulked up with numerous additional tracks including lead song "Speaker Heads" — a collaboration with Mina Tindle.

Kid Millions is a featured performer on "Repo Recorder" and "Slowly Ripping The Scene"; Mina Tindle also sings a bit on "There Might Be Room In The Middle."

Instead, they land at The Ritz in '92 just in time to catch a Dinosaur Jr. & My Bloody Valentine double bill. Or imagine the holy trinity of Sun Ra+Soundgarde+Syd Barrett? Add in a bit of krautrock + post-rock and, well, this music actually has the sound of that weird DNA. ... more
